another world is possible

Reciprocity Works is a social enterprise that wields arts and education advocacy to enact equity in classrooms, drive systemic change, and create economic opportunities for marginalized New Orleanians. We do so through three program pillars: Reciprocity in Education, Reciprocity for Artists, and Reciprocity Studio. Through our workshops, services, projects, and initiatives, we strive to be an integral part of the foundation for empowering future generations with the resources and skills needed to break barriers and reach their fullest potential.
